Two Wheeled Wonders
|
The Diff'rent Strokers and The MPC Ural/Dnepr riders, two of the many new motorcycle clubs joining us this year.
The Diff'rent Strokers club focuses on Japanese two-strokes, 'grey' imports and limited edition bikes - so there's bound to be a couple of 'I haven't seen one of those before' moments.
And talking of unusual things on two wheels, the MPC Ural/Dnepr riders - enthusiasts of motorcycles with a very Soviet twist are showing off the flexibility of their machines. Motorcycles with sidecars, trailers, caravans and even boats attached are promised!

Oh la la…

For fans of Citroëns and ultra-rare classic cars, this year's show will mark a British first thanks to a joint effort by the various Citroën car clubs attending, in conjunction with Citroën UK.
Not content with bringing along one or even two prototype cars, the Citroën Car Club, the 2CVGB club and the Traction Owners Club will be showing four models - three never seen on British soil - to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the marque. These amazing vehicles are being brought to the UK from Citroën's Conservatoire in Paris especially for the show. Visitors will see a restored 1936 Citroën TPV or 2CV prototype, the 1956 C-10, a car nicknamed the 'Coccinelle' (or Beetle), the distinctive C-60 and the prototype which led to the creation of the Citroën CX as a replacement for the DS - 1971's Projet L.
