Get them while they're hot!

Yes, tickets have just officially gone on sale for this year's Classic Motor Show and you, as a newsletter subscriber, are one of the very first to know! Over the coming months we'll be bringing you lots of news about the show, keeping you up to date with what's going on and, hopefully, having a bit of fun too!

The show is already looking great and we're really delighted with the huge response from exhibiting companies, traders and clubs so far. In addition we've also had a record number of visitor enquiries too! It seems that, despite tough times, people are more determined than ever to enjoy their cars (and bikes!).

Our website has had a makeover and we sincerely hope you enjoy it. To take a look around the new site and, of course, to be one of the first to secure your ticket for the UK's biggest and best classic car show, click here. When booking please quote code SUBS1

Take home 'Mo' the Mini

Clearly all the Mini celebrations have gone to our heads, because we’re giving away our fantastic little Mini to one lucky winner! Yes, for just 50p plus your standard network charge you can enter our text competition to win this lovely little car that we have nicknamed ‘Mo’ (as it’s a Morris Mini).

We bought the car to be part of the live stage at the 2008 Classic Motor Show and you will have seen ‘Mo’ being worked on by none other than Mr Edd China from TV’s Wheeler Dealers programme over the course of the show, live on our main stage. ‘Mo’ is a Red Morris Mini, first registered in 1960, has 59,500 miles on the clock, five former keepers (including ourselves) and is in lovely condition throughout.  This car WILL be won and presented to the lucky winner at the 2009 Classic Motor Show but, as they say, ‘you’ve got to be in it, to win it’ so don’t miss out – just answer our simple question here. Terms and conditions apply.

How many Classic Car Clubs can we fit in?

Well we’ve managed 190 clubs so far which is more than we even had before… and there are still clubs on our waiting list!

The club displays are what the show is all about and there is no other event in the UK that will have a more varied array of classic marques than the Classic Motor Show. From European elegance and American muscle to Japanese performance and Great British sports cars, we’ll have the lot and then some!

Shine in the Meguiar's Club Showcase

Last year’s Club Showcase was a real spectacle and it was great to see so many people over the weekend enjoying everything that the classic car scene has to offer.

The Meguiar’s Showcase features a fantastic and diverse collection of vehicles, and continues to work closely with the show organisers and many friends from numerous car clubs across the UK. Meguiar’s works closely with the biggest car clubs in the UK and is aware that there are a number of smaller UK clubs whose members own some fantastic vehicles which are currently not involved. If your club has an annual concours which you would like to promote through the Meguiar’s Club Showcase, contact them on 0870 241 6696 or email:info@meguiars.co.uk.
